5-day Certificate Training In Forensic Accounting And Cyber Security

The Professional Development Unit and the Business School (Department of Accounting, Banking and Finance) of Ghana Communication Technology University in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Tax Law and Forensic Accountants, Ghana (CITLFA) is pleased to invite staff of your organization to a five (5) day Certificate and Advanced Certificate Course in Forensic Accounting and Cyber Security training.

The details of the program are as follows:

COURSE OVERVIEW

The Course is designed to equip participants with knowledge, hands-on skills, tools and techniques used in preserving, collecting, examining, analysing and presenting digital evidence in a forensically sound manner which will be admissible in the Court of Law. The course will enable participants to perform forensic analysis on computer systems and also respond appropriately to cyber related incidents. An aspect of the course explores proactive and iterative approaches in identifying vulnerabilities on network platforms as well as cybersecurity and digital forensics response to mitigate the risks of system compromise.

Digital Forensics: deals with investigating computer systems, network, mobile devices as well as other digital devices in answering legal or investigative questions in relation to an electronic crime. The challenges in investigating cybercrime requires that, cybercrime investigators have extensive knowledge in handling electronic evidence. This course will train you with extensive knowledge in handling electronic evidence.
