  • GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

    A bachelors degree with a minimum of second-class Lower Division from an accredited university in a relevant area. Applicants to the MBA programmes must have at least two years post-graduation work experience

    Online Application:

    You can apply online at admissions.gctu.edu.gh. Online applicants would pay application fee of GHs2OO for Masters or GHs 250 for PhD by using Mobile Money or Visa.

    Application by Hardcopy:

    Application forms are available at the GCTU Information Centres located at:
    Tesano Campus, Accra, Kumasi learning Centre, Amanfrom, near Asuofia Prison, and Learning Centres at the Vodafone Regional Offices in Koforidua, Ho and Takoradi.
    Applicants who secure hardcopies of the application forms are kindly requested to pay application fee at any branch of Ecobank Ghana Limited with the following account details: Ghana Communication Technology University, Account number 1441001788024, Kotobabi branch, Accra.

    The completed forms (hardcopy) should be submitted to the Graduate Admissions Office, GCTU Tesano, Accra or any of our Learning Centers at Kumasi, Ho, Koforidua and Takoradi. Deadline: Friday, 29th September 2023

Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences
  • ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

    A candidate seeking admission to the Ph.D Program should have obtained at the least a Merit in Master’s Degree in the subject area of research he/she intends to pursue.

    In addition, the candidate will also be required to secure the minimum, stipulated score in an interview that may be specified by the Research and Innovation Council (RIC) of the University.

    Applicants possessing a Master’s degree in a field of study not directly related to the programme may be required to take additional preparatory courses

  • COURSE STRUCTURE

    Successful students will undergo and complete modules of coursework, a research proposal, comprehensive Progress Review Panels (PRPs), and a thesis.

    Students will complete two (2) modules “Research Methodology” and “Technical Communication” at Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) Campus.

    The modules will be delivered within 2 weeks at GCTU. However, the Ph.D student needs to visit the University at Bangalore, India for their Final Ph.D viva-voce

  • MODE OF DELIVERY

    Students will be required to travel to the partner institution in India for the first 4 to 8 weeks depending on whether it is part time or full time
