This immersive training programme offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in strategic management within a realistic international business setting. Through the cutting-edge computer simulation, you will embark on a six-week journey, leading your own company, and with other executives, making critical decisions across six rounds of market challenges.

From market analysis and strategy formulation to team management and finance, you will navigate the complexities of running a business, making informed decisions and observing their outcomes. As you grapple with uncertainty and adapt to evolving market dynamics, you will develop crucial business acumen skills, sharpen your problem-solving abilities, and refine your strategic decision-making capabilities. The objective of this training program is for participants to gain strategic management experience through computer simulation. Specifically, at the end of this course participants would:

  1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of strategic management principles and their application in a realistic international business setting.
  2. Demonstrate proficiency in market analysis, identifying key factors that impact business success, and formulating effective strategies to navigate a competitive marketplace.
  3. Develop and apply skills in critical decision-making, considering the interplay between marketing, distribution, manufacturing, human resources, finance, accounting, and team management.
  4. Enhance problem-solving abilities by analyzing complex business situations, identifying viable options, and making data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
